VB5 - Indian Designed White Textured
Vase
This gourd is painted with white textured paint. The bear is made
of clay and a turquoise eye has been embedded. Around the neck of the gourd are turquoise nuggets.

VB4 - Turquoise & Philodendron Vase
This gourd is decorated with philodendron sheaths laced onto the gourd and embellished with a seed
pod and wooden beads. The outside of the gourd is painted with oil paint.
The inside of the gourd is covered with black acrylic paint. It is approximately
8" tall and 6" in diameter.

VB18 - Tall & Elegant
This gourd vase is lovely as an accent piece or spectacular with a tall dried arrangement nesting inside.
The background of the gourd is dyed an artprint brown and then sealed. It is trimmed with fruited date palm laced to
the opening. A seed pod, feathers, and wooden beads embellish this piece of art. It is approximately 16" high
and 8" in diameter.

VB19 - Black and Silver Webbed Bowl
This gourd bowl was first painted with black acrylic paint followed by silver webbing and then trimmed with gold leaf
and silver tiny glass marbles. The inside of the bowl is black with silver webbing.
This is a very light gourd. This bowl would look lovely with a flower arrangement
or potted plant in it sitting next to the accompanying ram’s horn (see Accent Piece 12).
The bowl is approximately 10" tall and 12" in diameter.

VB37 - Rhythm 'N Blues
AWARD WINNER!
The designs were pyroengraved into the gourd, then all three sections were carved out and inlaid
with tempered glass, tiny glass marbles and sand. The background of this gourd was accomplished with black ink.
It is approximately 8" wide and 9" tall.

VB17 - Swirl Vase
This gourd vase is simply elegant; the lines are simple yet flowing. The
background of the vase is covered in artprint brown ink. The gold design is embedded
tiny glass marbles with accents of gold metallic paint touches; the black design is made of black sand embedded in the gourd;
the multicolored design is made of tiny glass marbles. The inside is painted with black
acrylic paint.

VB15 - Oriental Vase
This gourd was painted with white acrylic paint and then a gold webbing was applied.
The Japanese writing says “Friend”. It was then adorned with black

VB2 - Ethnic "Friends" Vase

The background of the gourd is an oil based paint. The female figures were pyroengraved and colored with oils, inks, and dyes.
The base is wrapped in hemp cord. The inside is finished with acrylic black paint. The back of the vase is pyroengraved and then colored with oils.
This vase is approximately 18" tall and 7" in diameter.
